Houserules

A warm welcome to Bed & Breakfast Het Schapenlandje in Waarland.

Together we ensure that you and the other guests have a pleasant stay on the sheep land. That is why the following house rules apply to us:

Reservation

Always correctly state the number of people who will be staying overnight in the B&B. Do you want to stay overnight with children? In that case, always contact us directly so that we can make a suitable proposal in consultation.

Our accommodation is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons. It is therefore not permitted to stay overnight or stay/eat breakfast in the accommodation with more than 2 persons. In consultation, an adjustment can be made for children, such as a small tent.

In the event of exceeding the occupancy stated on the reservation form, we will charge 100% of the current overnight rate per violation, in addition to the accommodation costs already due.

Visitors

If you wish to receive guests, please inform us in advance.

Pets

Our accommodation is not suitable for large dogs. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us in advance. There are sheep on our property. Therefore, please note that if your pet is allowed to come along, he or she must always be kept on a leash.

Check in and out

You can check in from 15:00. In consultation with us, you can agree on a different time. Check-in is contactless, via a key box at the accommodation. If you arrive later than 20:00, please contact us.

You can check out until 10:30 on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, the departure time can be changed in consultation and after our permission until 12:00 at the latest.

Key management

Upon arrival you will receive a key, either directly from us or via the key box at the accommodation. You are responsible for locking the doors of the accommodation. When checking out, please return the key to us.

In case of loss of a key we will charge you 100 euros

Bed linen and towels

Towels, bed linen, kitchen towels and bathrobes are included in the booking. This is changed as desired and is included in the costs.

It is not permitted to sleep on the bed without sheets and pillowcases. Report it to us immediately if stains or dirt occur that you cannot remove. If the stains cannot be removed, we will charge you for the costs of replacement, or professional cleaning costs.

Prices

The prices include gas, water, electricity, bed, bath and kitchen linen. The use of coffee and tea, and the use of Wifi. You can also park for free on our sheep land.

In the unlikely event that services such as WiFi do not function or do not function properly during your stay, this does not entitle you to a refund of all or part of the room price due.

Parking

You can park your car in the designated places. Parking next to the accommodation is not permitted. Parking is only permitted for the duration of your stay. Parking on the premises of Het schapenlandje is at your own risk. B&B Het schapenlandje is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.

Sound

B&B Het schapenlandje is located in a small nature reserve. That is why we value a night's rest from 22:00 - 08:00. This means, among other things, no loud conversations, music or any other noise. There should also be a certain amount of peace during the day.

Waste

You can put your rubbish in the bins. We will separate it further if possible.

Firework

There is both a fire pit and a BBQ. Fires may only be made in these places. Please take safety into account. Always follow the instructions of B&B het schapenlandje.

Breakfast

If you have booked breakfast, we will ensure that a fresh breakfast is ready in the accommodation. This way you can have breakfast whenever it suits you.

Jacuzzi

Did you book the Jacuzzi? Please note the following: Make sure you have a good shower before using the Jacuzzi. Eating in the Jacuzzi is not allowed. Drinking is allowed, but only in plastic glasses.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation or in the jacuzzi. Smoking is permitted on the veranda and outside, provided that it does not cause any inconvenience to other guests. Cigarette butts must therefore always be deposited in the ashtray.

Alcohol and (Soft) Drugs

Alcohol abuse is prohibited. so enjoy, but drink in moderation. Possession, use or dealing of drugs is strictly prohibited.

Internet

Wifi is available at the accommodation. Wifi repeaters and/or amplifiers cause interference in the network. When using such equipment, the user will be blocked.

Injury

B&B het schapenlandje is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you experience during your stay in our accommodation.

If any damage occurs to the accommodation during your stay, please inform us.
