Cancellation conditions

Booking and Cancellation Policy of B&B Het schapenlandje:

Bookings are final after payment of the total amount. Payment must be made immediately after confirmation of the reservation.

In case of non-payment:

• For reservations made more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation will expire 2 weeks after the booking.
• For reservations made within 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation will expire no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date.

The following conditions apply when cancelling your reservation:

• In case of cancellation more than 2 weeks before arrival: full refund.
• In case of cancellation 2 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
• In case of cancellation 5 days or less, or no show without cancellation: No refund. The full amount will be charged.

These conditions can only be deviated from at the discretion of the owner of B&B Het Schapendlandje (for example after calamities).
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation must be communicated directly to the owner by email or telephone.
After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred within 2 weeks.
In case of early departure there is no right to a refund.

B&B het schapenlandje can only cancel the reservation agreement in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale. We will inform you immediately and we will do our best to offer an alternative, if this does not work we will refund the full amount. Any other costs resulting from the cancellation will not be reimbursed by the owner.

We recommend that you take out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
